Error 1520 rain sensor

So I got this error, stating Implausible signal, test conditions are not-completed, fault is not currently active and is not causing a DTC light

Questions:
1. Does this mean need to replace the sensor control module?
2. Is the sensor control module located in middle of dash up close by windshield (the black box thing)?
3. Is it easy to replace?
4. My wipers seem to operate fine. Once I set it to auto sense, when rain starts, I have to flock that rain sensitivity switch to get wipers to start, but after that they seem to turn on and off as rain gets hepvier or lighter. Or am I missing something here.

As always, thanks for help.

Your wipers sound normal. "fault not currently active" means it isn't broken now.

Clear the fault code and then see if it comes back. And that sort of fault code - since it isn't emissions related won't set the DTC light.
