LED Reverse lights????? Help

Hello, I'm looking for a pair of LED Error Free Reverse lights. I got a pair from (Blank) I will not say sellers name because he was nice about the process. But when both LED's where plugged in to the tail light they both would not work. If I had one Halogen OEM bulb plugged the other would work, but I still had an error code. Anyone know where I can get a pair of Error Free LED Reverse lights that'll work? LOL.

I don't know about just the reverse lights, but I bought a whole set of tail-lights that are led and they work just fine with no errors. So are you trying to just replace the existing bulb in the lens with an led bulb? There are tons of them on eBay but no idea which ones work well.

The Can-bus system is kicking in and shutting down the circuit because it thinks the bulb has blown. You'll need to wire in some resistors. I never had any success with the 'error free' LED bulbs on my 2005 Audi A4, the only way was to wire in a resistor but they generate a lot of heat so it might be tricky to wire one in without melting something

You need CAN BUS bulbs to avoid the errors:

The bulbs I bought were CAN BUS, and I still had an error when I plugged the one in.

I am open to trying new bulbs from different places though.

I have a 2014 Audi A4, and I installed LED reverse lights in it. No Error, and No resistors.

I'm not looking for a new tail light. Just the bulb its self, I am trying to replace and make it LED.

Theses are discontinued but maybe you can source some used ones. I have them on my W211 E500 - NO errors & bright as f*@k.

Thank you, but I'm a bit confused those are for the License plate lights...

The A4 B8/B8.5 can-bus system can be coded with VCDS to remove the errors from the bulbs, some cars had it coded out from the factory and some didn't (not sure why). I had a 2013 B8.5 for about 5 months and I fitted LED reverse bulbs on that but I had to change the coding with VCDS to stop the error.

My friend has a 2013 also and he had to also code the error code off. I got lucky with the 14 LOL. But I love the way they look so much. Ill try JDM toy I guess.
