I'm on schedule and the CTT is ready to go - pick her up Thursday afternoon. Will meet Scott in H-town for dinner, go north through Carlsbad Canyons, Roswell, White Sands, down to Tucson, back home. Here's the route:




Radar detector with me, and I'll be sure to buy enough water when going through the desert. The best part of the drive is that for most of Texas I will not be on the interstate, so no Smokies. A friend showed me this fantastic alternate route.
