Question New Cayenne Owner

Hey guys,
I received my new cayenne v6 about a month ago. It's a temporary lease until my S arrives (expected in may).

The V6 is nice, i have the CS 18's on. I'm still changing it for the S because I'm getting a fairly good deal (for canada anyways) and it comes standard with options that my V6 lacks. (Xenon's, Bose, Duel zone)

A couple question's -

Here in montreal, potholes are a way of life. I'm wondering if i'll be disapointed going with 20's instead of 22's. I really don't want to have bent rim's.
And i'm also wondering which you guys recommend to go with - My current cayenne is dark blue, but my next one will be white, which got me considering black colered rim's.
What do you guys think?

- Also, my cayenne is making a weird whiseling noise when it's cold out, (anything under -5 celcius). It sounds like if it were coming for the heating vents. Sometimes it goes away when it gets warmer, sometimes it doesnt.
Deffinetly gets louder as I go faster.

- I have the "Airbag fault" light on. It just came up yesterday morning while I was leaning on the door and never left. Any idea's on this matter?

-Silly question, what is the speaker grilled "thing" in the middle of the dash?
Theres a switch like if it were an air vent, but it's not? I was thinking subwoofer, but what is the switch for?

-Last but not lease. Am I the only canadian here?

Thanks for your reply guys, I'm glad to have this info at hand. Oh and sorry my ignorance.

Btw, unlike many other forums, it's nice that you guys are very human on here. No "Search instead of ask" comment's.

Depending on which 20s you go with you might need to lower the car to make it look great. I think that Black rims on a white car will look amazing so its probably a good choice.

Whiseling noise- not really sure about it, but my V6 makes some ticking sounds when cold so maybe youre noise is normal..

airbag fault- probably just a glitch, you will want to take it to the dealer to check it out and since you are there, they can check out the whiseling noise...

welcome to the board and try to share some pics,

Will do boss,

Btw, your car is really nice in black. That would have been my choice if I didn't just sell 2 black on black cars and had to deal with washing them all the time. It rains or snows every 3-4 days here all year round....

I am paying about 1 and a half time the price of a regular 36 month lease. I get to really kick this one in the *** though. Really fun not caring about your car and learning about how to uphold your next one

I may even try some diesel in the car see what that gives.. jk
