should i move on?
Thinking of selling the Cayenne S for the new E60 M5. any thoughts?
The Cayenne is a love and hate relationship, when driving it, the small minor problems sometimes just pisses me off, yet once I get out of the car and look at her, I love her to bits.
I wouldn't mind getting the 3rd generation Cayenne, or another 4wd when I have kids, but for now, the V10 M5 is very tempting.

GET THE M5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no Comparison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
or u can get the new E63 AMG
nah, we have 2 mercs at home already, can do with one less.
Im getting married soon and think if the M5 can carry kids around as much as the Cayenne. You know, the boot can carry the baby car, bottles and whatever babies need.

That said, on a car VS car thing:
CS vs M5, m5 wins.
CTT-S vs M5, deffinetly CTT-S.
I just had my daughter (well a year and a half ago) and theres nothing better then an SUV. You won't be braking your back putting her in and out of her car seat.
And to store things in the trunk, for example the stroller.. I'm sure the cayenne will be so much softer on you. So taking that into consideration, I would even take my V6 over the M5. Trust me, I had an acura TL and it dosent matter how spacious it is, for a baby, an SUV all the way.
I did think about the children issue and I know that a SUV would be a more practical solution. But we do not plan on having children for another 2 -3 years, and by then the new X5 and Cayenne would be on the market. In HK a 4wd is a bit impractical due to the narrow car parks etc. But I've always liked my cars to be able to carry a lot of luggage. The 5 series boot is quite spacious to my suprise. I might consider a smaller SUV for the wife later on down the road.
Even if we do have any earlier than expected we have a Toyota Alphard (7 seater MPV) that can more than happily ferry the baby around.
I guess im 95% set towards an Alpine white M5 with red interior :P
now to convince the future wife to be.
