Thumbs down defective tires

whasup guys ,,,,so i was back at the dealership for a couple of things,,,,and i had complained about vibration in the steering wheel around 65-70. I thought it might of been mytires out of balance, so i tell my service advisor that the tires needed balancing and i heard a loud road noise. dealer took truck for test drive and said it was normal. next day i was about to pick up my truck when dealer called and said my tire was flat and it was 4:40 and the guys didnt have enough time to fix it so they had to keep over weekend. now i get a call monday saying that the belts have shifted on the tires and all 4 tires are defective and that was causing the vibration and the road noise i have the turbo 18's rims with pirelli scorpian x all seasons,,what i dont understand is how they didnt see anything untill they took the tires off the rim . my dealer bought the tires from tire rack i will find out tomm. sorry about spelling need to vent a lil bit keep u guys updated tomm.

We see out of round tires daily - from every mfgr. Try calling a local Pirelli dealer OTHER than your shop. They may be a bit more willing to help you with Pirelli. Or, see if your dealer can at least accomodate another set for you. It'll still cost you some, but not full price.

Good luck.
