Victor Equipment 22's - arrived, but not ready yet..

This is now the third time I have bought a set of wheels, the company has shipped them with poor packaging and UPS has damaged them in shipping. Attached are some pictures of the dings that 2 wheels took. They are both about 1" long and can't be buffed out. I am perplexed as to why wheel companies keep thinking they can simply slap a piece of cardboard and tape on a wheel and ship it out.

The company I bought these from gave me an outstanding deal and I hope will help me resolve this quickly, although I won't hold my breath as UPS takes their sweet time with claims.

I will post some pictures (maybe even a new thread) when it all gets resolved, I just had to vent. I am sure some of you have been in this situation before if you received wheels poorly packaged.

-jason

note: I did install my adjustable air ride link arms and added a picture of those installed with the car at the "low" (not loading) setting. I will get a bunch more pictures later on (please excuse the dirty car/garage).

I had these on my cayenne s and it was really bumpy! I figured a bit higher might be a better ride. Traded the cayenne S with them on figuring out if I want them for the Turbo..

I am hoping the 2 new wheels will be here by friday, I just went ahead and bought 2 more and will have them refund me when mine return (didn't want to wait). So hopefully I will have some pictures this weekend.

Anyone have experience with getting an alignment on a lowered CTT? I know you are supposed to get an alignment no matter what, especially with bigger wheels and tires (not to mention the lowering of the car), but is there really that much that can be done through factory adjustment?

That sucks man!!!
Sorry to hear that..I hate to say it but you should file a claim and pocket the difference..It wont be long until you get a little curb rash...trust me..
I've hit so many small lips pulling into parking lots!!! Sucks!
mine are black so I just take some flat black paint and touch them up..
