Tires
Looking at new tires and really do not fall in to the "N" rated marketing ploy.
why should I buy a tire that has a "N" rating that last 1/4 to 1/2 of the mileage of other tires when other manufacturers of vehicles with the same or heavier weights do not have the requirement. Gee, it just happens to be that all of the tires that are "N" rated are twice the price of non "N" rated. boy sure seems like a great way to me to make some money for a tire company.
so, why should I not look at the Hankook Ventus tires? and for those of you that have them do you like them?
thanks

hankook Ventus
I have the hankook ventus on my 04 S on 20 sport technos. 275/40 40 is the size. They were brand new when I bought the S so I don't have anything to compare them to and haven't checked the price either. However, I love the tread pattern(very sporty) but I think the ride is sometimes hard. I Don't know if the Michelin Diamaris, although sime size, would provide a softer ride.....too many potholes where I live!!
hope this helps!
ps: My dealer was also selling a 2006 S with 20 sport techno's on the hankooks straight of the floor
