Just took delivery of my Cayenne 2008 two weeks ago and a few days ago noticed a rattle just around the right of the steering wheel. It only happens between 1000 and 1300 rpm. Was wondering if anyone else with an 08 has had this problem?

 

Kind of a buzzing sound?

Yes. Easy fix. Take it in and they will probably immediately know what to do.

There is a wire harness under the hornpad with extra slack in it so the steering column can move in & out. Also, some connectors on the airbag itself. Some of the wires have labeling stickers. Have them remove the stickers .... that's what's probably buzzing. Then lube the wires with a silicone spray. Should go away.
