2008 Ctt

Well, since the dream of owning a Lamborghini is diminishing I decided to go buy a new 2008 CTT. I'm am wore out on the search for a clean no stories Gallardo. It's gone from straight lies to people not returning emails and phone calls. One will eventually show up, but for now I am going to have a blast with the CTT. I need one practical car anyways. I sold the C55 and I am trading my 2006 CS in tomorrow. It was so nice to just walk in and make a deal. It's triple black, PDCC, 21" Sport wheels, rear camera, etc, etc. I'll post pics tomorrow night as long as things go as planned. I want to order some mods tomorrow and had a few questions. Are the BMC drop in filters the best or is the evom filter kit better. Anyone have problems with the lowering links or should I spend the extra coin for a lowering module. Fabspeed bypass pipes are a must and so are the clear lenses. Thanks for the insight. I hope the CTT doesn't dissapoint, it's alot of $$ for a truck Damn it's gonna be hard to sleep tonight

I have K&N drop in FIPK, made quite a difference. I would think BMC does the same, EVOMs I looked into it but I think not much differen than the drop in type filter other than the possibily bigger silicone air intake tubings. But I like my engine bay to look just like stock but with mad power, so I went with the drop ins. Install was straight forward, and have no regret it.

Also got Fabspeed downpipe, took the GIAC ecu a few days to get used to the downpipe, but after that wow the car pulls!

I was able pull dead even with my friend's M5 with 2 passenger and trunk full of stuff, while only me with my CTT. Neverthless I am happy with this truck because it's one hell of a fast truck in full street trim, comfort and roomy. I think I can give Gallardo a good run, maybe I won't win but definite will make the driver disappointed.

Congradulations on your 2008 Cayenne Turbo, hopefully later on in life you will be in a new Lamborghini as we all make compromises in life and end up with the thing you wished for.

Go for the Fabspeed bypass pipes they sure bring the agressive vocals to your Cayenne but not being too loud, If you want your Turbo to sound like a Monster then go for the Bypass pipes with the Mufflers.

I have 2 Drop in BMC filters in my Cayenne S and they are very good, when I first installed them they sound throaty and deep.

For a faster more responsive Cayenne, I highly reccomend you to go for Forged billet diverter valves, bypass pipes, plenum and bmc drop in filters.

Guys thanks for all the feedback. I am ordering the bypass pipes, lowering links, clear corners, and bmc filters tonight. I just picked it up and love it. What a difference from the Cayenne S. Not making light of the S because I loved it too. But, the Turbo feels great. I'll post some pics tonight because it's saying data base error right now As for the Gallardo. Shanks is nice and a great price, but it's a 6 speed. He also hasn't replied to any pm's or inquiries. Seems everyone is trying to sell his car but him and I don't do business like that. Thanks OCPORSCHE, but gray isn't one of my preferred colors. I figure if I'm going to lay out that kind of money, I want to get exactly what we want. I am going to sit back and take my time on the Gallardo. I'll have plenty of fun with the CTT for now and the right Gallardo will show up eventually.
