Can you help with the lights above the rear doors for back seat passengers?

there is a small torx screw inside you have to remove then you can pop the whole thing out.

That's not the footwell lights. I believe those are the door lights.

foot well lights:

even easier, just reach behind it and push it out. it's clipped in on one side only and the other side slides in.

You need to pry away the mirror glass, remove the mirror base, remove the body color cover, then you can pull out the light socket.

Ditto. Would like some Intel on how to change the horseshoe light to LED. Read another post stating it is very difficult to access the horseshoe bulbs

Next is to remove the body color housing, you need to release some clips from inside of the housing, but you need to remove the mirror motor in order to get to the clips. Because the bulb is horizontal, you want to get a LED with bulbs on the side otherwise it won't be bright enough, also the LED cannot be too long or it won't fit the bulb housing. Hope this helps.
Hi TGED, what exactly led bulb did you use ? Thanks !

Sorry, I don't have a photo of the bulb I used, you need to find a shorter LED bulb, it can be slightly longer than the original incandescent but not by much as the space is very limited. You also need to find a bulb with LEDs on the side of the bulb because it goes in sideways, if you install a bulb with LEDs pointing at the end it won't be bright enough.
