Oil change simplification

Has anyone installed a Fumoto drain valve on their Cayenne? If so, what size fits on the Cayenne without hitting the plastic under-engine cover?

I've had them on all my Benz's for the past 5 years and they work beautifully. Allows me to complete my oil change in less time than 15 minutes.

I installed the F106N on my Cayenne Diesel, but it's a bit tricky to get the threads started due to the proximity of the drain hole and that silver underbody cross-member. A 90 degree adapter would fix that issue, if I could find one. Right now the Fumoto has to be installed vertically, hence the tight fit and messy draining (cross member and under-body panel catch oil). A 90 degree adapter would turn it into a horizontal drain AND extend the valve beyond both the cross member and front under-body panel.
