Do I have to press the button EVERYTIME I start the car to tur off the auto start/stop thing? Kind of annoying. 2013 Cayenne GTS

 

Nope, press once and place in memory and you should be good.

Once you press it that one time it should lock it in....

 

Then I think this doesn't work on the GTS model or in '13 models, my friend's '12 Cayenne S pressed it only once and stayed in memory. I have to press it each and every time..

 

Interesting. My '12 S stayed off with one push of a button.

 

Yeah, my 2012 CS stays off. My 2013 Diesel does not have auto start/stop.

 

My 2013 stays off after you push it once.

 

My friend also has a '13 GTS and he's facing the same problem. We have to switch it off everytime

 

Mine stays off too. - '13 CTT

But it has to be said the Cayenne driver memory does seem to have a mind of its own.

maybe its because we have different specs, maybe the USA specs are not the same as Arabian spec, or european or wherever. cz both our cars here face the same issue. Its not a big deal but its annoying

 

our 13 GTS it works as expected, press once and it remembers until you press to turn it back on.

 

Still facing the same issue, anyone know how to just keep the damn Auto Start/Stop off with just one press of a button and not every time I start the car?! Same goes for the Sport mode. It doesn't stay on if I shut the car and then start it again.

Annoying.

 

You may need a trip to your local stealership for the stop/start function. The sport mode selection is also supposed to act like the stop/start button.....once its selected, the truck stays in this mode. Out of interest, if you change the ride height, does this still happen?
