Got my fingers and toes crossed on this one.

I remember tracking mine by its vessel name also and it would go for days showing the same location and then suddenly is was headed to Texas also.
If they off loaded your car already then you should be ok I would think?

Just curious - what does that mean - random quality control car? I hope they didn't go driving all around Pawtucket as a quality "check"!
If that's the case, it should've been done in Germany before leaving the factory, not after arriving at the port but I am curious as well. Sucks how you had to wait 2 weeks!
Hey guys.
got car last nite at 6:30.
3M full treatment was finishing up. Bumpers, mirrors wheel arches, lights, door edges and handles. Checked out car in bright lite of shop..perfect.
Michelin Tires!!
Interior absolutely gorgeous.. Got extended leather pkg, and red deviated stitch added to entire dash and side dash pieces.
Red deviated stitch on steering wheel great. And those lit CF sills on all 4 doors HAHAHA turbo S in lights
The Car.. Still in breakin for sure 14 miles when new.
Definitely can feel added umph in highway acceleration. passed a car looked down and saw 93MPH
The PCCB unreal. Great pedal pressure but of course just tapping them for breakin.
More to come after Sunday long drive with pics.

From what I understand they do a check at the factory in Germany to make sure the vehicle was built to spec, nothing is leaking, nothing is shorting out, etc... Pack the lot onto a boat without the batteries connected and after draining out all the fuel. Once the vehicles arrive at the port they refuel them, reconnect the batteries and drive them off the boat. They randomly pull one or two cars aside to make sure the travel across the ocean didn't affect the entire lot. They check for rust, condensation making sure none of the cars got bumped together in rough seas and a slew of other things.
Congrats Rak ! We are all waiting for the mandatory pictures. Or as they say in the other, less intelligent car forums: Pictures or it never happened !
