Very strange problem on my Cayenne S
I cannot imagine it is anything other than a lack of proper voltage, and batteries are less efficient at lower temperatures. Most problems related to audio come down to lack of power or a grounding issue, I highly doubt it was a grounding issue as that would not be related to only the auto start stop. That feature uses power to varying degrees depending on what is running, and amplifiers take a decent amount of power, sufficient power.
Now my soapbox. Quite honestly I turned the feature off when I test drove the Cayenne and have never turned it back on. It is an annoying nanny state feature meant to boost fuel economy specs all while creating more wear and tear on many other system components to restart the engine every time.

They have tried the following which did not solve the problem, swapped the PCM with one from another Cayenne which did not have the problem, replaced the starter motor, battery, power invertor, running an extra cable from the power supply to the PCM.
They have given up and I have stopped using the auto start stop feature.
