Pix of CTTS with Spectra Photosync and some questons
just showing some pix of my CTTS with the Spectra PhotoSync Tint.
windshield = 75
front driver/passenger = 55
rear/back/pano = 65
Everything is good but the back window has been bothering me for the past 3 WEEKS. It's like I'm looking through a fish tank. There are bubbles everywhere! It has gotten a little better but they are not going away. Is this normal or result of a bad tint job?
I have had other tints on my other cars and never a fish tank! even after 2-3 days!
Also, they gave me a 6" long scratch on the windshield FREE of Charge!
And all I see were positive feedbacks for them (Premier in Fremont).

On the windshield scratch, did you raise the issue with Premier? I had a couple of issues with the work I had with them and communication has been great so far. I am heading back on Wednesday to have my 30 day followup.
And btw, I don't have the bubbles on the back of mine. I would definitely contact them if it persists.

They didn't mention anything about the 30 days follow-up. I'll contact them tomorrow. I have had 5 cars tinted in the past, but this is the first time I have any issues. And this is the first time I've used Spectra Photosync, too. So I didn't know what to expect.

The pleasure was all mine! It's great to finally associate some screen names and avatars to real faces and names. :-D
Apparently, there were some defects in the film, itself. Premier offered to replace it while I wait. I did mention to them, at some point, that I might want to go darker on the rear and back windows. So they offered me the option to pick the shade as the replacement. I went ahead with the 55, which came out perfectly!
They were awesome in communicating and getting the issue resolved so quickly. *thumbs up*
