Hoiya- are you talking about the Akra slip on or the full cat delete system? They are about 5 minutes away from and I heard the slip on and it really doesn't sound much different then the PSE.

If you did the akra bypass and slip on then it gets you that throaty growl.

HOiYA is infamous around these parts
I was thinking the full evolution system. I know it's not as throaty as the tubi, but louder than just the slip on.

I had them on my Cayenne S and they are loud, on cold start its kind of allot, I loved it, But it truly did scare kids and parents when you started it up behind you in the parking lot.

I'm plan on getting the fabspeed car with mufflers from my incoming turbo but wanted to know why everyone is doing the cats only? Is it basically not worth it to also swap out the mufflers?

I'm looking for a LOUD deep system (I hate the raspy sound). I can live with a bit of drone but want something very noticeable sound wise.

I think you might want to look into a Tubi exhaust. It's a matter of time before this shows up on Pepper's radar!

Tubi due to it being deeper and louder than the fabspeed?

Same here unfortunately on my gts...the sound was awesome, but my wife wasn't sold and she drives the cayenne most of the time

Not cheaper, just louder and more of that growl you are looking for.

I would definitely agree with you that it would probably be too loud as the exhaust note on the GTS is already loud to start with!

I am going to take them off my GTS as well. I've only had it on for a week, but it's way too loud for me. Also, I can't stand the cold startup and rattle. I think this is a great option for a Turbo, but not for the GTS.

By the way, if anyone is interested in buying my like new cat bypass please PM me. I will be posting it in the marketplace in the next couple days.

Sorry to bring up this old thread... But I just found this new secondary bypass with resonators. They say that it eliminates the raspiness that the V8 non-turbo models have. But I am not sure if it will eliminate the cold startup issues.

Check it out if anyone is still looking: http://www.hhrproducts.com/porsche-c...ry-cat-bypass/
