No problem. Let me know how it goes. I also want to get a stainless steel skid plate.

I didn't do the removal/reinstall of mine which is why I haven't chimed in yet, but from looking at the bumper while it was off I would say that it should be similar to the Pelican instructions for the older models.

The things I can say about it though are:
1) You need at least 2 people and a 3rd might be helpful.
2) The clips that run along the top edge (where it meets the hood) are cheap pieces of crap that break easily. Once they are broken your bumper is done.

Just go slow and don't let those top clips take any weight (where all the extra hands come in to play).

It really boggles my mind that they would make it that flimsy. Especially since their brain dead designers made it impossible to change the fog lights or signal bars without removing the bumper first. Not a common thing sure, but still an extra few hours of labor (and risk) for what should be a 5 minute task that you should be able to do in your driveway

you won't happen to have a pic of the bumper off the car do you? maybe I can make out where the bolts and tabs are to avoid breaking them.

I'll check my personal laptop in a bit, but I think the best I have is in this thread. Specifically posts 4, 11, 16, and 21 (dry fit of the TT bumper).

I may have something from when the bumper had to come off again due to the bad signal bar , but if I recall correctly it's of a similar distance to those pics.

Nope, no better pics.

I also checked with my body shop to see if I could get good pics of my old bumper for you. He still has it, but it's buried and he isn't going to dig it out unless cash is involved
