My Cayenne SEH was "born" yesterday :)

Finally finished production on 11/13...and now the next chapter of waiting starts (for the slow shipping process). I was able to pull up the build sheet with the Porsche VIN decoder.

My CS was born on Halloween! It is on a ship named Bess. Expect it end Of month or 1st of Dec to be at Dealer.

Mine is scheduled to leave on a ship on the 28th. Hoping that is worst case... as that is two weeks after it finished production....

Curious if you looked into the Aux Cabin Conditioning option? It seems you need this to use the preheat/start the car feature?

Anxious to hear your opinion once it shows up. I like the concept after reading the Panamera SEH comments on 6speed.

Yes, I did consider the Aux Cabin Conditioning option. And you are mostly correct, you need it for the preheating/cooling feature of the PCC (remote app on iphone). It actually does not start the car though. The high cost of the feature is for an extra all electric heater and a/c that runs off the battery to condition your car.

However at $1,570 it seemed way to costly for the benefit. In the NW we have relatively mild weather and it just didn't pencil out for me. If I lived in extreme heat or cold, I may have added it. Heated and Ventilated seats should reduce the time to comfort on hot/cold days.
