Audio Default Question

My radio on my 2014 Cayenne S is defaulting to a Mexican radio station. If I'm listening to satellite radio and then turn the car off, it defaults to an AM station. Can someone tell me how to default to the last station I was listening to like most other cars do? Thanks!

Sounds like a trip to the dealer.

I rarely use the radio (read only when the usb isn't recognized), but its always on the same station when I do.

I have a 2013, but I doubt that changed.

It may be programmed to your key with your saved settings. Try re-saving with the SAT turned on.

No info online on how to program a key. It appears a device is needed for that that the dealer has.

No, it is part of the Comfort Entry and Memory Function. Look in your manual.

When I enter with my key, my preferred sat channel is automatically on; and if my wife enters with hers, it is automatically on her preferred channel.

It is an automatic function. You need to save your seat setting on the door with everything set up the way you want and it saves that info for that key. It saves everything; the Temp settings, the display settings, and even the radio station.

If you select "comfort entry" in the settings/locking menu it will save whatever is currently set every time you exit the car.
