958 Lowering module install guide?

Hi

Does anyone have a 958 lowering module install guide? Just picked up the H&R, got as far as removing the mats and have no idea to pull up the carpet!

Any help?

Thanks

There should be a carpeted panel on passenger side near rear hatch. When you pull that panel off you have access to the module. Then you will need to remove the three 10mm boots holding the module in place. Once your remove the bolt you can position the module to remove the two wiring harness that hook up to module. After that it's free to pull out and begin the lowering module install. Let me know how you like to H&R module as I just purchased the KW but having issue with the unit communicating to my suspension module.

I'm also contemplating a lower module. Why did you guys choose what you did (H&R vs KW vs Techart)? Fastcayenneturbo, any chance you can snap a couple of pics of the area you are referring to?

I chose KW bc Dan at Vivid Racing had really good things to say about it and I can raise and lower my CTT via iPhone. However, like I said I'm still troubleshooting so I will let you know what my issue is once we figure it out.

I have the install guide for both the TechArt Lowering Module and the H&R for the 958. If you are interested in the module, or you just need the installation guide - feel free to shoot me an email - be happy to help out

I know it's been a longtime but wanted to update everyone. I ended up returning the KW module as I never could get it to work. I sold the Cayenne so I never did buy another lowering module but I'm getting ready to buy a one for my '08 Cayenne Turbo and looking for a module that will raise my Panamera Turbo Mansory as the Mansory front bumper is extremely low to ground and is scraping constantly!

I just got my 958 CGTS. Which module should I get to further lower the Air Suspensions for higher driving stability? I don't care about soft comfy rides.

Thanks!

I've been sitting on my techart lowering module for a couple months now. The beast is going in for an oil change next week and while in there I'll get the module installed. Will report back with some feedback then.

Ok so I got the Techart lowering module installed today. In the short drive home from the shop, I don't really notice if the ride is any stiffer.

For those who have the lowering module installed as well, I have a couple of questions:
  1. The car doesn't seem to drop to load level when I lock the car. This was one of the "features" of the Techart module over the others.
  2. When I manually select load level, the car doesn't seem to ever get to that level. The selection just flashes as if it thinks it is still loweing itself.

TIA.
