Looks the same as the the 19" Cayenne Turbo Wheel (C8K) on my 2011 CS.

toms correct, they are the base 19" cayenne turbo wheels, it was a $1500 option over the stock 18".

I really like those wheels, I think I may go with the panamera version though, its slightly different but better looking imo. But they are staggered so not sure they will work.

Are Panamera wheels interchangeable with Cayenne wheels?
Same bolt pattern and offset?
