When I bought my 2015 Cayenne S, one thing I didn't like about it was the black wheel arch. I decided I want to retro fit it with the wider, body-colored arch, just like those from the factory with the 21" wheels.
I ordered the retro fit kit from the Porsche dealer (part# 958 044 801 40 about $900). It has multi pieces, 4 arches in prime (ready to paint) and 8 smaller black trims. Also you need 10 black screws, very important!!! The parts guys should know as it shows in their parts picture.
I had a body shop painted them to match the body color. It took me about 5 hours to install it myself. Installation is not difficult, it just takes time.
You might also need to add wheel spacers since the fenders are now wider. The wheels need to push out a little bit to make them look nicer. Adding spacers needs longer wheel bolts too. I'm putting 15mm for the front and 20 in the rear, my OE wheels are 20x9 RS.
I forgot to take pictures of the parts and during installation. See the before and after pictures (I also lowered it with H&R sports springs)

looks nice !!! Awesome. I got 2016 Cayenne plat edition as a loaner, i was wondering about the body-colored arch. Now I know. Good job
Thanks. I posted this write up because I know some Cayenne owners may want to do the same thing. This will save them a lot of time researching how to do it and finding the right parts.

How is the ride on the H&R springs compared to OEM? That stance is PERFECT.
The ride with the H&R springs is about the same as the oem springs. It is not harsh at all, it's still nice and smooth going over speed bumps and potholes. I think the original height was too high and now it’s just right Btw, my only regret is that I should have use 15mm H&R spacers for all four corners.
