All,

Can't find a way to change the warning message that my Cayenne Diesel is up for an oil change.
This annoying message comes on as of 1,000 miles prior to the oil change being due.
With the diesel needing an oil change every 5,000 miles, this means that 20% of the time one is reminded of the oil change interval, very annoying.
Is there a way of influencing this message and e.g. having it pop up as of 500 miles to go ?

Yes it can be done. I saw your question and decided to look into it while changing to my winter tires tonight. Have a look at this thread post. I changed all three maintenance services to warn me at 500 miles.
