2006 cayenne turbo object dropped in steam tube port/cooling jacket...

.. I was pulling the brittle 90 degree connector off and it broke as well as dropped a small piece of the end of it in to the cooling jacket have heard termed steam line.. of course this happened during my starter r+r
So you have vent lines, vacuum/pressure signal lines, fuel lines & coolant lines. If you have a "Steam" line, you have a problem. Got a photo of the part?
I just finished this job a few weeks ago on my '04, including swapping out the plastic cooling tees out back to alloy from jagasthatrun.com; replacing a cracked vent line with a brass tee 10mm-8mm-10mm and reinforced 5/16 fuel line hose; and, salvaging the quick connect plastic end pieces with a heat gun, then swapping in reinforced silicone hose for the cracked corrugated plastic vent hose from the AOS to the Intake.
Also managed to break the main vacuum signal port at the back of the intake manifold while being too forceful reconnecting the quick connect elbow. I repaired it stronger than new by turning down an alloy tube on the lathe to reinforce it. Replaced coils & plugs for good measure.
But sunnuva*****, my SAI is the one holdout on Readiness and my CA SMOG is due today. I need to go fail that today, crawl under and remove the valves, clean the crap out of them, remove the foam filters from the SAI pumps and try again.
I'm surprised how well my old VAG COM Hex Usb cable works with pin 3 jumpered to 15 on a cheap patch harness. I can see readiness, clear DTCs, run component tests, including test firing each SAI pump, but alas, it isn't fully supported so I can't walk through a Set Readiness procedure.
