Junipero Serra Porsche Shop or Rector Porsche

Anyone in Northern California service their porsche here? Planning to bring my car in to get my plastic coolant pipes replaced. How was your experience?

without getting into details, I used to go to Rector Porsche until they messed up big time with an oil change. I now exclusively take both my turbo's to Carlsen and deal with Beto or Brian, the service advisers. I have been very impressed with Carlsen for many years. Wasn't aware of Junipero Serra until you posted it so I cant comment.

get a few quotes around

carlsen won't be the cheaper but it's probably the best as far as dealers go

there are a bunch of independent porsche shops in Mt View. They have the best prices and service

I used to go rector until I realize they are not honest. They just want to do business with Hillsborough customers. Then I go Carlsen deal with Beto and Brain. Great service very honest didn't charge me a penny for coil even after warranty. They just claim Porsche. I go junipero Serra one time and talk to the manager but felt I can't trust them so back to Carlsen. But Carlsen didn't give me good price on 958, ended up buying from sonnen and probably will do business from them again.

looking to get my brakes done on my 08 CTT and after getting a quote from Carlsen (ouch!) I thought I would see if any one else has had experiences at Junipero Serra Porsche shop? I found decent reviews on Yelp! but would like to ask anyone on this forum too. While I'm still a huge fan of Carlsen, I may have to venture out and see if I can get a better deal.... if anyone has another shop they recommend, please post away!

JS Porsche is a trustworthy and reasonable shop. Their prices are usually 50% of what they would charge you at a dealership. I also bring my car to a place in San Bruno called Tom and Jack's auto repair which is another trustworthy shop and Jack can pretty much fix any car.

I had a PPI done on my 996 TT at Junipera Serra Porsche prior to purchase last year and was happy with experience.
