CTTS pothole

Well on my way to fla and 20 minutes from my home at 5:00 am hit a bad pothole on hway . Jarred the front end hard. Tips showed ok so I continue. In Delaware in the light check and my ice and snow has a half dollar blister in sidewall. Check pressure with my gauge..tips a joke. 4 psi off usually , and I'm down 5 psi .sheet.. Turn back or go on.. Well I continued, stopping every couple hours to add air..used a lot of quarters..no free air anymore and drove straight through.. 18 hour trip was 22 and arrived 2am
Had called Porsche in Sarasota from the road and at 8am I was there. Great SM at Suncoast considering I did not buy car there. But gave me a VW loaner. He races an 86 928 4 cam at Sebring.
No winter tires left in USA with the crazy winter. Will prob go with 2 summers for the front. What an ordeal. A summer tire would have blown, another reason to change shoes due to sidewall strength. May leave CTTS here and fly home. No word on damage to wheel but my tire wheel insurance will come in handy
Guys be safe.. The NE roads a friggin mess with all this temp change up and down

Sorry about the hit. There may not be any snow tires in SARASOTA but there are plenty around here. I would have a new one shipped in as there is too much winter left for summer tires.

Sorry man. You have a CTT, right? Then why not use the included air compressor hose to reinflate the tires yourself without the need for quarters? Am I missing something?

No you r right on
The car was loaded with luggage and on the northern part of the journey it was too damn cold to fool with it. By the time it warmed up it was just easier to slip up to a $.25 air supply.
But thank you
