After a productive conversation with the wise sage that is, Ms. Carla Guigino, a time change has been initiated for the inaugural Southshore Cars and Coffee event on April 30th. Specifically, the scheduled meet time is from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

I'll be there with a few friends as well. Hopefully the weather pans out for us.

 

Any backup dates in case of bad weather?

 

If the weather betrays us for this Saturday, we will shoot for May 28th--unless we get pushback because it is Memorial Day weekend. There are other events the weekends of the 7th and 14th, so pushing towards the end of May for the inaugural event seems to be the logical choice.

 

I'm gonna try and make it.

Yup. We are a go for tomorrow. I am actually headed to the Brewery now to walk the site and enjoy some beer. Safe travels tomorrow morning for those that are coming!

For those that made it to Flossmoor yesterday, thank you so much for attending and making our inaugural event enjoyable. Dwight and I are already discussing how to make the next go even better.
