Shelby electric car

I can't wait to see how this turns out:

I am really curious to see if the ten minute charge time holds true with Nano Lithium-Ion batteries, especially since Tesla takes three and a half hours to charge on a 220v.

If they get it to work with all the specifications in that article then I'll be impressed. 10 minute charge time is no joke. Batteries are under an incredible amount of pressure when charging.

I'm gonna give it the benefit of the doubt. Jerod Shelby came out of nowhere and in my view built something superior to Bugatti with the Ultimate Aero. I have heard/read a few articles about some of these new battery technology last summer but this is the first time I have heard them to be implemented. I guess hopefully in time we will see.

Reading the article, I take the following away; while driving pending how much battery you are using, a full charge can be met within in 10 minutes. I don't think there were referencing a plug and charge while the car sits hence their statement of 'on the run'.

Here's a picture of Jarod Shelby of SSCAutos in a Diablo Roadster Replica that they used to build. The AERO SC is just a Modified Lambo Kit Car...
