Use a mild cleaner wax with a microfiber towel, and some plexus afterwards to make it shine.

^^ Either that or some mild polish, 106FF or Megs #83 would work fine also. Either will remove the rubber markings.

It depends on the type of film used. Was it 3M, Venture, Avery or Xpel?

Clear Bra Care

Stoner's Tarminator with a quality microfiber cloth, then follow with your favourite polish. Sometimes it will take some patience to get the marks to release from the film depending on how long the rubber marks have had time to set, time plus sun will bake the the marks in.
