GlisteningTech is infamous around these parts
You can use a light polish, or just use a good wax or sealant and it will cover up a lot of those scratches.

This will remove a lot of those fine scratches and help to lightly condition the surfaces you are working on.

This works great on all of your exterior paint as well, and when applied by hand is good for getting the small scratches inside and around door handles.
