Stock clear film in front of rear wheel

Stock clear film in front of rear wheel

Just wondering if anybody has removed the stock clear film that is in front of the rear wheel on a 997turbo and other other car that it came on.Mine is looking pretty dinged up with and is an eye sore.just want to make sure that there's nothing to removing it ... thinking of 3M'ing the piece under the door sill and run it along the side over top of the existing stock piece ... damn rock chips on canada streets.

We remove and replace these all the time for our customers. Putting Venture Shield on instead of the 3M should clean it up nicely.

thats exactly what i want to do .... i'm flying down to LA for a disney land trip in April...too bad the car stays at home. lol
