Can You Melt Wax... to Reshape It...?

OK, this is probably a dumb question, but my tub of P21S 100% is looking like a bowl, as I seem to "take" wax from the middle and not really the sides.

Can I melt the wax down and re-pour it back into the tub so it's even again?

I did a google search and came up with a thread that said that the someone tried this with P21S 100% and the oil separated from the wax a couple of weeks later...?

Any thoughts? Otherwise I'll guess I'll try this when I get to the bottom of the tub :P

Place the open wax container in water (indirect heat) and start to boil the water until the wax has reformed.

If you apply direct heat you will evaporate the solvents
