worn steering wheel

Is there anything that can be done to repair the leather on a worn steering wheel?

That would be dependent upon 'how worn'. Can you post some photographs, as it difficult to tell if it can be repaired from just words alone

Here are a couple of pics. The leather is worn the worse between 7:00-2:00.
Think there is any hope?

Check Craft Customs in TX.

http://www.craftcustoms.com/

They can do a lot of different stuff. Not too bad of a price too.

A really good leather guy can likely fix it. Basically they will use a putty to fill in any low spots, sand it all smooth, and then paint/dye it.

They may not even need to putty it if the damage isn't bad and its just paint worn off.
