pissed but coping

just logged 1200 miles on my car going to my brothers wedding. i was totally stoked to make the trip. when i arrived, looked over the car and noticed 3 deep rock chips on the hood. very irritating, especially b/c the car is a dark color. i know this has been talked about, but you have to admit that the first rock chips are the toughest to get past. uggggg!!

Get them fixed and then get the 3M bra. I've been doing all my cars with the clear bra and it makes those road trips alot less scary.

Just touch up the chips and have Sam from Premier do the clear film. Best investment you'll ever make against future rock chips.

jaxbch987,

i think you should get custom kit to cover the whole hood. that way you will not see any line. If you were local i would offer you my service. but the extended kit is what you need for your beauty. Def. worth the $$$.
I know I saved so much by having it on my car. i got a huge scuff and i was like f*&*&. it would have costed me 800$ to fix it, but i was just able to peel the film off and not a single scratch. thank goodness.

PM me if you have any question and I will direct you the proper place.

If Sam is doing it, go for the whole hood. I'd do the custom bumper for sure, pre-cut mirrors if you're on a budget, and 24" hood of you're on a budget.

I agree with everybody that said get the 3m film. But in the mean time you can fix them with some touch up and Langka. I know how you feel.
