Detailing Question
Detailing Question
Late last summer I washed, clayed and rejexed my car. I didn't do any polish or swirl remover as the dealer got rid of the scrtached and swirls for me when I bought the car. My car sat in the garage for the last 4 months after claying due to the harsh winter so I don't think it needs to be reclayed.
Now can I just rejex over the rejex? Would a some Zymol wax over the rejex add more wetness look to it and fill in the micro-scratches?

You should CLEAN the paint with some sort of mild polish or pre-wax cleaner. Then, if you like the look of the rejex, apply it again. Zymol will not give you a wet look. It's not formulated for that appearance. The look you get with zymol is an unmatched distinction of image and jetness of color. You will be able to see the richness of your paint as appose to having the gloss or wet look that detracts from that. Natural carnaubas give you a softer look while synthetics give that wet look you're after. If you're after the wet look, try the optimum poli-seal and their spray wax. It gives great results.
Is it safe?

Have you already tried your polish and rejex? Give that a try first.
