RM Auctions is auctioning off a 1957 Ferrari 250 TR at this year's Ferrari Leggenda e Passione auction in May.

Of course, they expect it to break the all-time auction record of $10,894,000 set at last year's event.

Stunning car, but a little out of my price range.

 

Must be going to an out of the country buyer. I don't think anyone in this economy would drop $10M plus on a car right now!

 

I must assume that someone that can afford that car is also not overly concerned with our economic problems.

I recognize that light blue 250 TDF - I believe RM tried to sell it at Monterey last year, but it didn't meet the reserve.
