04 360 CS or 2010 911 Turbo...
And the CS makes 425hp/275trq and the 997TT makes 480hp/460trq. CS is just as fast though since it only weighs 28xx lbs.
I have a 997 turbo and I have driven a 360 CS. They are totally different cars. If you want something that you can drive daily than the turbo is the way to go. Otherwise you want something to drive on the weekends and possibly track the car than definitley the CS.
I was responding to your comment about not being able to feel much difference between a C4S and a Turbo besides from the bodykit. Obviously the difference will be greater going from a C4S to a 360CS than C4S->Turbo.

Bought a CS new & had it for 2 years when I had a C2S, currently own a 08 Turbo Cab & an F430 so maybe I can help, is there anything specific you wanted to have opinions on? Are you looking at one OR the other? Both?
And the curb weight is 28xx lbs.

Really? PDK Turbo hasn't been confirmed or even announced.
i'd get an f430 personally, But if you're set on either of the two listed above I'd go 360CS. The porsche is amazing in everyway, but I'm very turned off when I see 20 porsches parked at the local grocery store. turbos are much more rare, but even they I see everyday.
425hp with an 20% drivetrain loss is 340rwhp.

And a CS is not nearly as quick as a 997tt, driven on the track at Sebring and power isn't even close. Note saying that to stick up for the 997tt as honestly its a bore to me to drive and feels neutered regardless of it being quick, I much prefer the feel of the GT3 instead. So to the OP if you prefer a more raw and connected car the CS is the way to go, ou really can't compare the two, their polar opposites.

Nope, for 1 Ferrari is imfamous for overrating, dynoing the cars people have gotten less then what it should be given the rated power, and the weight is nowhere near 2800lbs, they weigh in about 3200 empty on a scale...another Ferrari quirk where somehow the cars never weigh what their listed as.

And is 3200lbs from a completely empty CS, meaning no fluids of any kind? Cause if I bought a car that's advertised being 2800lbs, and turns out to be 400lbs heavier when I put it on a scale I'd be pretty effing pissed. How can they get away with that?
Interesting, but getting 330rwhp is really not that much off from the claimed 425hp though.

Most cars are weigh at full weight with fluids and everything, if I recall Ferrari list their weight when its really with no fluids, fuel or anything, and even then its a drastic difference. I know people were pissed when cars were put on scales and w/o them sitting in it saw what they weighed, I saw 3200lbs on avg. (sorry I meant empty as in just the car with nobody sitting in it)
