F430 TPMS Installation

Anybody can confirm that you can install OEM TPMS into rims and car(like F430) will recognize it without dealer programming?

I am nervous running my car without TPMS especially with the roads I am driving in.

Having all my cars with TPMS, can think driving without one.

i purchased scud wheels for my 430. the wheels came mounted and balanced with TPMS installed. No issues when put on my car, the TPMS system worked without issues. They did need my model year when they ordered the TPMS though.

Thanks for the reply.

Did you do any tweaking in the indash control?

Can't find any instructions how to pair the car and the new rims with TPMS? or it is just automatic? I have an 07 BTW.

Thanks much

Can you post pics of your f430 with scud wheels in your car? I was thinking of buying challenge rims but curious how a scud rim will look in a f430

The car will recognize the TPM Sensors as long as they are the right frequency. No need to take it to the dealer. If the sensors are beyond 5 years old than consider buying a new set as the batteries have a tendency of going low around that time period.
