After having driven both at length I would buy a Scuderia now and order a 458 at MSRP. The Scuderia in my opinion is all about driving, just like the GT3 RS. Either way I don't think you will regret your choice.

im looking at scuds for my next car. will use it to drive around suburbs and 6-10 track days/yr. i would prefer a 458 but not at almost twice $. you should consider a regular 430 also if track driving not important to you

 

$40k over sticker? Who are you using to negotiate for you? 2011's should be sticker or max of 5k over. 2010's 20k depreciation minus $2.00 / mile. If this kind of offer is rejected, move on to a different car.

Why pay over sticker on a 458 ?
There's lots of scuderia's for sale and the prices are good. I dont think it will drop much considering the prices are already in their 150-180k range.
