One Koenigsegg CC8 was sold by a owner here in Norway (he was upgrading to a CCR, the latest model) and the money went to a charity like this. Really cool of these awesome people to do things like that.

The answer is Yes. He will get a hefty tax deduction. I advise most people to donate whether it's goods or money. It puts them in a better tax position when it comes time to pay the IRS.

Either way, I have a lot of respect for this guy to donate such a fine piece of craftsmanship!
