Alot of Enzo's I see that have been for sale in the past have mostly been red, yellow and black. If someone bought one, lets say a red one and they repainting it silver or blue. What would you think about it, concerning value.

FD3SDriver has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I'd rather buy a rare color car that came out of the factory than from somebody who had the car resprayed no matter how much they spent on it/quality of the work.

If you don't mind taking a 25 to 30% hit in depreciation.

Really? That is what I was wondering, that seems pretty high, but I guess understandable.

Well? what more is there to say? If you like it, do it, but it will kill resale value. It's much better to wait and get an Enzo already the color you want. Unless it never came out of the factory with such colour.
Other option, cover it with vynil.

I don't think it would depreciate 25%-30% ... hell, I'd search high and low to find financing for a $700k Enzo.

If someone were to paint an Enzo, you can be sure it would be one hell of a paint job, probably better than OEM.

paint it whatever color you want. if you can afford an enzo, and then you can swing the 10-15K to get it painted... does it really matter if you take a hit with resale? if you're in the tax bracket to afford an ezno it's probably just fun money for you anyway.
