599 Spotted on I95

Earlier today, saw a red 599 headed northbound, around 5:30, on I95 near the Christiana Mall exit right before you hit Wilmington, DE. Anybody here?

What state were the plates?

I know there is a red 599 creeping around southern MD near the 95 corridor.

I saw this 599 too, right in baltimore before the tunnel.. looks like we can trace its steps....
