Hey guys, my parents are looking to buy a house on the Island since our apartment at the BC is too small for all us to vacation together as a family.

It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. In the hotel, it's on the second floor with an interior view of the first courtyard (and Cafe Boulud). The history, mystique, style, and quality speaks for itself. If you've been there, you know. For those who haven't been, The Brazilian Court is a Five Star (Leading Hotels of the World) boutique hotel of 80 apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Frederik Fekkai and Daniel Boulud have their flagship stores in-house. It's a five-minute walk to Worth Avenue. It is one of the most romantic and chic places I've ever been.

The BC furnishes all apartments with a similar Palm Beach style decor-- but each is different. Residents/owners, just like hotel guests, can have daily maid service. Every five-star hotel amenity is there, and I can assure you it's the best of the best.

I don't have any pictures of the exact apt (posted pictures from the website), but condition isn't an issue as the hotel keeps every inch of the property spotless.
