Thanks and me too! so many headaches at the end.
Started to move some stuff up yesterday and my truck died!! stuck in the middle of the road spewing diesel
Oh well, gives me and excuse to hire a mover

Thank you and yes amazing what this thread has turned into! I thought I would post a few pics for fun and had no idea of the interest it created. Been lots of fun having all the involvement!!

Thanks!! Hope yours is going well! We camped out in the house for the first time last night. Took a bottle of wine and a frozen pizza, sat on the deck and said OMG!! we cant believe we are fortunate enough to live there.
Slept on an aero bed and watched the sunrise from bed over the mountains, LIFE IS GOOD!!

Yep one for sure, waiting on final inspections to order. Dont want building inspector asking stupid question and delaying move in.

Wow I love your home. I think your garage is more beautiful than my bedroom/bath.... <sigh>
I'm sorry we never got a chance to speak about building a dream home like this in the mountains -- I went through a job change and now work 3 days a week in Englewood -- its hard to decide where in the mountains I can live and still have a 45 minute commute to I25 and Englewood.

Yes I have lived in far worse, hope the damn dog enjoys warm showers. Did you every get your garage walls figured out?
Evergreen or Morrison would be nice?

First night in new house!!
Still waiting on inspections and cleaning but we couldn't help it and went camping. Drank a bottle of wine and ate a frozen pizza. Walked around over and over again saying OMG!! We are so lucky. I must have gone out to the garage 10 times to just see it again

I actually just sent a request for a 'designer' to the company you used for your garage. Not sure if they will come all the way down here, but it sounds like a professional is the way to go. I like Evergreen or Morrison or somewhere by Sedalia will have to be the place for now...

They drove to Vail from Denver so should be ok with the springs.
I actually went to Sedalia elementary way back in the day! Good luck with your search.

Congrats man I've been following this thread since the beginning and its one spectacular home. Your tastes and past remind me of myself almost to a tee, although im nowhere near your sucess. With the extra time look back, enjoy and be proud of what you have accomplished! It's definetly motivated me more than I already am! So thanks alot for all the pics it's much appreciated. I still would love to see some more pics after your moved in!
