Good to hear positive words from the other side of the word. You have such better style and architecture IMHO than in the US glad you like it!

Actually not alot, mother nature has done a great job. We will do some manicured areas around the drive, a small area of grass and some spruce and aspens to anchor the house to the landscape.

All architecture is plagerism, IMHO, so get as much as you can, believe me I did not make any of this stuff up without being inspired by seeing something that I copied.
Im just glad that other people seem to like it as well. When we stay vanilla it is easy, when I think up different ideas and people say they like it I never know if I have a case of the emporers new clothes! Guess that is the good thing about the internet forums guys will rip you if they feel like it.

Looks awesome!!

Maybe I missed it ... what company did you use for the garage floor coating? Did you research it quite a bit before you chose what to use?

EDIT: First post in 3.5 years of being a member.
