that was my concern with the pergo padding underneath. the tiles are designed to allow airflow to keep them dry and mildew free. with the padding in there, i would guess you would get a ton of mildew under the tiles. it's hard to avoid moisture on the tiles, as the only real way to clean them well is with a mop. i did my tiles without the padding to avoid mildew. the garage already smells bad 
did you put a gap between the tiles and the wall? it looks pretty snug. careful with that as the heating and cooling causes tile expansion and rippling. ask me how i know

actually it is pretty snug right now and i havent experienced any expansion even during the 100F+days we had a few weeks ago. I guess best way to avoid mildew is to not drive the new tt out when it is forecast to rain!
Noted on the base as i need to spare some time to head out to home depot to get the white ones.
Next is to upgrade the garage lighting.
