Same here... I just started going through the Group Buys (fairly new to 6speed) and this was the first one I clicked on to see if I could get in. Looking for an Enthusiast Package for a 957 Cayenne.

Once I move back up to north NJ, if anyone around the area needs to use the durametric, I have no problems putting your VIN on mine. I believe the enthusiast can register 3 P-cars, and I only have 1 lol so might as well share.

I'd be interested in this too. I actually tried contacting them (both by email and web contact form) during the last group buy, but they waited 'til AFTER the sale ended to respond...

Anyone else having problems with their Durametric? I bought the pro version and I downloaded software version 6 from their site. The software thinks I have a 2006 997 GT3 and when I try to manually enter my car, there's no option for a manual transmission. Also, I don't have access to the "coding" feature for anything so basically I'm limited to resetting my service reminders and simple things such as DME report. The laptop I'm using doesn't have internet if that makes a difference??

TIA

I had to try a few times to get the software to properly recognize my car set up. I have a 2012 987 manual trans. It doesnt have manual trans for a 2012 987 either, but I just didnt select anything for the transmission. After a few tries of unplugging and plugging in I had all the modules show up.

Mine works fine. I'd suggest reading the material that came with the Durametric. If you follow the directions to the letter,(e.g.,for a 987S ...... turn on flashers, plug in cord to the OBD II, etc..) you should not have a problem. If that doesn't work then you should email them. The folks that I have dealt with we're very responsive.

It has something to do with the sequence of connecting and powering up the cable, car. It happened to me when a friend with a Pro version tried to work on my car. Durametric should be able to give you the exact sequence.

I followed the instructions including turning the flashers. I tried again last night and no dice...still cannot see the coding options. I'll give them a call...

Yeah mine has not even shown up yet. It was shipped on the 9th of this month and the post offices between Canada and USA have zero tracing info for it after it hit the boarder. Both of them tell me that it is completely normal and it usually gets delivered before it scans again... Yeah I tell them that that is total bunk as I ship multiple dozens of items evey month and that is never the case.....

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hey Engine Guy.... you were the one that organized this all and you still have not received your own unit yet!??
Softronics should step up to the plate and take care of you. they could probably make a claim against the shipping company for losing the package.
