Had a great time at Petit...what a race ! Here are a bunch of pics...learned quite a bit experimenting with shutter speeds/aperture this weekend....net result is real respect for the guys that do it as pros.

The drama started before the race even began....GT2 pole sitting Salo spun the Risi Competizione F430 GT down the front straight at 183mph and luckily just brushed the wall with the right front...I watched the whole repair for almost two hours as they frantically got the car ready in time for the grid....they replaced the front splitter, radiator, undertray, right fender/subframe, tie rod end, and numerous cf pieces...amazing display of skill and work under pressure from the Risi Competizione boys...the older guy in the pics is the crew chief...a brit that called the shots !

Great to meet Ritesh too, great guy and some real nice friends...see you next year man !

Great pictures what length Telephoto where you using on the action shots? ASA? they all came out very nice and sharp! Watch as much as I could on Speedvision the last 20 laps really made the race!
