Anybody Know of a Midnight Blue CGT For Sale?

It's my favorite color on the car and I am seriously toying with the idea of picking one up. Don't know how many MB's were delivered to the US (don't seem to be more than 3 - 4) or what is currently available for sale but I am starting my research so would greatly appreciate any thoughts.

Here is a snap of the color I'm looking for:

The car would remain the US. It will not be for export.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Best.

There are only two cars in this color, one in Chile and one in Germany.

Stephan, can you clarify. The picture referenced was taken at a Greenwich dealership about two years ago. Are you saying that car - which was originally a US-based car - has now been exported?

Wow that is a great color for the CGT, but I think it will be very hard to find one for sale.

Goodluck in your search.

wow, I did not even know they came in mb. While I have been on the fence for a long time, hoping prices would drop a bit and now seeing the cars move out of reach, if I could find one in that color it would be game on. So gorgous.
Good luck, if you find one, I will buy it when you are done, ok?

riverflyer, good catching up with you on this site brother.

Seems the cars have settled around mid/high-300's depending on year / mileage. Don't seem to be going lower than that. The CGT has always been - and continues to be - one of my favorite cars. Given the price stabilization am seriously thinking about jumping in. Unfortunately, sad to see my favorite color has left the US shores.

Is it a car you're buying for YOU to enjoy, or one just to drive and say you have?

If the former, buy some common color like silver and paint the b*tch. F-it, it's just a car, and YOUR car, if you plan to go all VRAlex on it, i'd paint it w/e color you want.

If you're concerned about the resale, you're buying it for the wrong reasons.

I agree w/ Vicious, it's just a car. If you want the car PINK with purple wheels paint it. It's your car and if you can spend the ching on a CGT the resale price shouldn't matter.

That's what I was about to say. You'll won't enjoy the car any less.
